Refund and Return Policy for Originals
I hope you love your artwork. If for any reason it isn’t right for you, original paintings purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.
To arrange a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork. The piece must then be returned within a further 14 days in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Please note: - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrives damaged or is not as described. - Buyers are responsible for ensuring returned artwork is securely packaged and fully insured in transit. - Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected. - If artwork is returned damaged or altered beyond normal inspection, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value. - Commissioned or personalised artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can resolve the issue promptly.
